The NINCO World Cup Super GT Event will be held at the famous Formula 1 Racetrack in Silverstone, England, October 31 – November 1, 2008. Sixteen international three-member teams will race for this unique and most prestigious Slot Car Racing trophy, in a six-hour final.
Slot Car racers from all over the USA are invited to JD Model Raceways to compete in an Endurance race to determine which three racers will go to England to represent MRC as Team USA for this prestigious NINCO event.
A first for BRM Models, the International Endurance Race will be held at the Ayrton Senna Slot Club of Soragna on the days of July 12th and 13th.. The large wood track at the Ayrton Senna Slot Club should allow the BRM Porsches to really stretch their legs. This is a large scale event,
teams including drivers from the USA, Austria, Germany and Italy have already commited to the race.
I realize that several releases are expected between now and the end of the year, however, I need to have the awards made in a timely manner. Besides, I don't know how ya'll feel but to me, this has been an oustanding year of slot car releases and racing. If possible, please try to ignore liveries and concentrate on the car styles themselves. For instance, the FLYERS DP's have 3 liveries, yet the cars are all the same.
