  • 38 tooth spur gear on anglewinder

Can anyone tell me if you can use the 38 tooth spur gear on the anglewinder chassis? I have tried and the only way I can fit it is if I extend the pinion to the point it is only half on the motor shaft and then it makes the rear too wide.

I think it can work but it also depends on the diameter pinion you use. Can't remember if BRM offers different size pinions?

So no one has tried to use the 38 tooth gear on a BRM group C car?
