        One week to go...

Racers are now receiving their Hot Pink Super Tires ready for next week's race and they are getting a big thumbs-up from all our Mega-G and Mega-G+ runners. Racers are donating 1 to charity for each pair of tires and the club is matching those gifts.

So far, 40 ($51) has been raised for the Rainbow Chest, the club charity. Rainbow Chest raises funds for therapies and equipment to help young people in Worthing who are living with disabilities or long-term health conditions. The charity also offers the chance for supported work experience in their shop to help young people with disabilities on the road to employment.

The Hot Pink 200 will run on a 52ft tri-oval and we expect some close racing...

            Hot Pink 200...

The Hot Pink 200 took place in Worthing this evening with pretty much everyone using the new Hot Pink Super Tires.

All the Mega-G+ cars had them of course, but the Life Like runners also tried the new tires and got on well with them fitted on .250" hubs. Even a couple of people racing Super-G+ chassis tried them and liked them on the quick tri-oval. However, the coolest color combination was definitely the Hot Pink tires on purple hubs...

Mike won the race, with Ned and Alex having a monumental battle for the junior medal. Ned just about prevailed, but Alex did get the under-11 medal...

Probably the biggest winner on the night was the club charity, with John accepting a cheque for 78 ($100) on behalf of Rainbow Chest...

A big thank you to Super Tires for inspiring a highly successful night of racing and fundraising at the Barn

                Great Job Everyone!

To Woodcote and all of the racers who raced in the Super Tires Hot Pink 200,

It was a very nice gesture having fun and raising money for your local charity, there are a lot of people in need in this world today.

Thanks Andy for giving these pink beauties a first class showing.
