I'm not much on digital, except what I've learned by osmosis on this forum, but I think there can be problems. Here is a thread I did a search :http://www.slotcarillustrated.com/po...hlight=JUMPERS

You might post you're question in the "digital" section that's where the folks that know this stuff "hang out"

      Hi Flyrod,

Welcome to SCI. I'm a recent joiner, too, and started with a Digital 132 set. My layout is about 55 feet now with four lane changers, and I don't have any power problems running three or four cars. (That's all I have.) But the D124 cars do draw more power. The good news is that it's easy to add power taps if you need them. I did one just to try it, and it was no problem at all. I'd say just build the track you want, and see if you notice any weak spots.

Welcome to the hobby! It's a great blend of art and action -- building and racing.

      Phil
