All car will run the Slot-it Flat 6 motor, all cars must run 12/31 gearing. The cars body and chassis MUST stock.. (Changing the chassis to the soft, med. or hard NSR chassis is allowed, but again must remain stock.)
Any size wheels are allowed, Tires must be black silicone super tires.
Weight may be added to the top of the chassis...
All other general rules apply to this class.
We are going to try opening the gearing up (spur gear only at this time) to see if they will run with the normal GT-A class of cars. If this works out will be combine the classes.

          I will participate.
Living in South Central PA. will affect my consistency of participation but I intend to visit my son in Hamburg at least once a month.

Is there room for one more?

                Hi Chris,

Is there room for one more participant? I'd love to be part of a local series.

Okay after talking to Al and Roger, can't get ahold of Russ... We will start racing on April 6th at Al's house. If you need directions or a address contact Al ( alp716 ) by PM. It looks like the racing will start at 6pm. practice will open at 2pm (Al correct me if that is wrong)

Bring all your cars and we will talk about what order we want to run the classes in.

And take note.. Do to Al's and Roger's track not taking the deep routed track guides well, we will ONLY use the standard depth slot-it guides for all the classes.. (I will be making the rules changes shortly)

The next race (the 20th of April) will be at my house (contact me for address info) Practice will open at 2pm and the racing will start at 6pm

And Roger (Biggy) will take the race on May 4th. And Then back to Al's on May 18. So the races will be every two weeks....

If for some reason a track owner has a conflict (vacatrion, sickness or family matters) the racee will be switched to another track if possible..

Any questions contact me by PM

                    Chris

                        Hi Tim

Not sure on the heat times. I was thinking 3 min. heats but that is something we can talk about at the first race at Al's... I have no problems with the 5 min. heats, we have to see how long the day will be and how long the gang is willing to stay and how many classes we run.. Not sure about Al and Roger, on my race days you can stay all night as far as I am conserned.

The old group Roger and ran in we used to race to 3 or 4 in the morning

If the guys want to stay and run all the classes we have that is fine by me on my race nights.

                        Chris

Have to agree with Al, I think that everyone had a great time for our first race of the new series. I know that I sure did..

Looking forward to seeing everyone at my place on the 20th. And be sure to bring cars for all the classes. Right now we have no set running order for the classes.

What we did last night and have done in the past at Al''s was to have the last place driver pick the class to be run next.. We will use this for now and see how it works, or if anyone wants to have a set running order for the classes.. Give this some thought and we can talk about it at the next race.. ( or go over it hear on the board)

Tim has made a suggestion for a rules change in the DP class. Instead of using a spec. gear ratio on the cars. That we open up the gearing and make this a open geared class..

Again give it some thought and we can vote on his suggestion..
