Would like to host again. I'll be entering both classes, just not sure of the cars.

I'll be back with at least a Touring car and (maybe) a GT. (Need to ponder that GT choice for a bit.)

Also... The ASCC (Austin Slot Car Club) is interested in hosting a round in the Great State of Texas.

Hey Don, Sorry for the poor wording, but I meant as competitor and host, not both classes. I'm not sure which class or classes at this time.

                    Regards

In for one... imo, kind of pointless to prepare 2 cars with the same prep rules besides the body...

I'm in for both classes. I'll see if I can't breathe some new life into the tiring Pug, although it can probably be improved some, I hope. It's really getting chased down by the faster cars on the bigger tracks. Mantra for next year: mo motor, mo motor... Although the Fly chassis is intriguing.

I'll probably go with a Vette for the other class. Having one already in hand reduces the need to go find one.

And red makes a good point. How about opening up the GT class motor list to include some stronger options? Say 24k - 30k. That could significantly shift the dynamic. Perhaps one class should be less than 24k, the other greater than. Just some ideas...

NSR is getting ready to release a Porsche GT3 and 'Vette C6. I'm assuming they will be eligible also.

I had thought of that, how about 30K limit for GT and 24K limit for TC?

In what way(s) will the GT Class in the Touring Car Proxy be different from the GT Class in the RAA Proxy?
