Default Project 34 1/32 Tyrrell P34 6 wheeler

Here's some pictures of my "kit bashed" Tyrrell Ford P34. I aquired two Polistil Toy like P34's one was well used. I cut 1/4" out of the center of the body and cut away the existing cockpit. Then used a Flyslot March 761 chassis and engine with a little added detail. The front wheels are and old Tyco Pro rear wheels, 5/32 tubing and 1/4" Rubber Fuel line as tires. Hope you can view the attached.

Nice do-over. Looks way better than the Polystil you started with!

You should see it up close Van, it's a work of art.
Jeff is one of the best painters and detailers of slot cars I've ever seen. Sort of an American Chris Walker

The polistil and Strombecker cars are close to scale in length but way over width,so require narrowing to look correct. The Strombecker one requireds 3 cuts to be made as the sides also néed to be moved in closer to the cockpit.
