Computer help please

I have compiled some race results using Google docs spreadsheet,I would like to put that info on SCI so how do I get it done?

Initially I tried to put the document into Photobucket and post it as I would a pic but photobucket won't recognise it.

So,can somebody help please,I'm becoming very annoyed that I can't do this very basic stuff,

Save them too your computer and then attach them to the thread using the "paperclip"

When you do a reply, look at the top tool bar and there is a paperclip on the top row. Click on it and then a separate window comes up, allowing you to select a file (the .doc file in your case) from your hard drive and import it.

Hell, I don't even know how to use Google Spreadsheets, but attaching stuff is easy - even if two (or more) of you are too illiterate to understand how to manage it ...

Set the Google doc to be viewable by others and just post the link.
