redlynr: how much under weight? Do I interpret the penalty as only the # of grams added to get up to minimum or 10 points + the # of grams to get up to minium?

I'm quite certain that all got taken care of ages back, on one of the first Excel files Dean produced for this series.

And obviously, it's not like the cars have suddenly been discovered to be using illegal substances after all this time.

So in fairness to all, probably at this stage things should be left as is.

I did remember penalties for inspection penalties.

But I don't remember anything about late penalties.
