GT 40 points race staring June 5TH

Here are the rules and dates for the next points series. I also added an attachment in case you want to down load it.

8 Week series with 2 drops: best of six races.

We will be running a GT 40 Points Race. Any make of GT 40 is allowed.
RULES
· Motor: Any motor up to a 25K is allowed.
· Wheels and tires: Any Wheel Tire combination is allowed as long as it fits inside the body when looked from above. Gluing and truing is allowed.
· Clearance: Must have at least .020 clearance under car.
· Weight: All weight must be inside of the car.
The top four cars will be inspected at the end of the race. Failure to have your car inspected will result in forfeiture of points.
· Violation of the rules will result in forfeiture of points.
· “Drops” may not be used in case of rule violation.
· If you are unsure of a rule please ask before the race.
· Two races will be run each night.
· All of the second races are unlimited except where noted; additionally:
o Lead is allowed under or outside of chassis but must be completely covered with tape.
o Cars must meet a minimum clearance of .020”.
o Rules may be added as the need arises.

2ND Race Class.
· 6/12 Scalextric Trans-Am (Stock or National rules)
· 6/19 Monogram vintage Nascar. (Motor allowed H&R Hawk or Stock Monogram. Stock wheels or CBD steel wheels. Must have stock chassis. CH07 guide is allowed. Any Gearing.)
· 6/26 Open Wheel F-1 or IRL ( Modern)
· Skip week for 4TH of July.
. 7/10 Daytona Proto types (Unlimited)
· 7/17 NSR / Scaleauto / Slot it, Modern GT.
· 7/24 Group C
· 7/31 Vintage Le Manns.
· 8/7 Clio”s Abarth.

I did not allow for the skipped week before our next series. The track will be open for practicing but the first race will be June 12TH. If you have any questions please ask.
