The
EMSA boys got together for the first of what I hope to be
a venue we frequent a couple times a year . Out to the MIDLAND OVAL .
Tim was gracious enough to open his doors to the club while we put
the finishing touches on FOSSUMHEIM . Which is , by the way up and
running and should be ready for racing in the next couple days .
The first race of the night was NASCAR . Myself I was still on I 90 making
my way back to the City of Destiny after a fun filled weekend at WSU
orientation

with my Daughter . I'm not sure how the lap by lap
action went but by the totals it looked like a lot of close racing . With a tie
between Tim and Vic .
Next up was the IRL race . I got home at 8:05 kissed the wife ,hugged my
younger Daughter and called the track . They were between races and gave
me 15 minutes to get there . Thanks guys

. Well like I said in the
first post of this thread the open wheeled cars should be interesting

and it
was . In the early heats cars were flying everywhere ,every body calmed down
a bit for a couple heats . Feeling we had the cars and track figured out it soon
returned to chaos . Again a tie for first place this time between Tim and Roger .
As far as the 1st Tie Breaker - Tim said it's my track

can't argue with
that .

After the smoke had cleared a couple of us stayed around for a little more
NASCAR action . If the race was anything like this it had to be crazy , 30
40 laps 4 wide no more than 3 to 4 inches apart . It was a great way to top
off the evening .
Thanks to Tim .
See you all at Rogers next week . Have your series nominations ready !
