Well the Warwick Farm has been run and dusted where Terry and his Merry mates have done a great job to get it done with some close racing mid field and slo was very lucky to snatch 3rd from Stig and Matt.. Kens presence is well and truly beginning to emerge. Good to see Marek up there and Old23...we feel ya pain The Stig is also starting to make his presence felt.
Still 3 rounds to run with the top of the table very close.
Next Race is The South Australian International Trophy at Lennys' track in Adelaide at the end of June.

Just bumping the tipping. It open for Round 5
Have to move quickly on this one. Practice/qually will be done tomorrow night then race the following night so tipping time frame will be short if you choose to wait till the the practice results, which is advisable. Semaphore Park has some different factors to the other tracks so far, so Its going to be hard one to pick. Lets hope the tyres dont shread too much.

Tipping is open now, if you dare, and will keep it open for as long as possible.

Here's Lennys (Alan) track info: 'South Australian International Trophy'

Semaphore Park - Adelaide South Australia
Track length - Inside lane - 12.0 metres - Outside lane -12.8 metres
Most of the corner radius are based on ninco track for inner standard and outer track pieces
Longest straight is 2.4metres the others are between 1.0 to 1.2 metres in length.
Lane spacing - 90 mm
Track surface - Routed MDF with Solver roofing paint ( similar in texture to ferrodore) sanded back with a gyprock sanding mesh to give a less abrasive track surface.
Copper tape flush with track surface
Slot depth 6mm ( track board thickness 9mm MDF)
Track Power - Dick Smith 0-30v 5 amp DC Power Supply set at 12 volts.
Tyres- Can't say for sure but MJK grip OK slot it F22 and NSR ultra grips work well
Track Record - TBA (no timed racing to date) I expect that the times for both lanes should be quite similar based on casual racing experience.
Hand Controllers - Drivers Choice
Timing system- SRM with deadstrip sensors
Racing Direction- Clockwise ( right to left at drivers panel)

Well done Matt and Ken and a smoothly run round by Alan and his helpers
This will be of some welcome to Ken and Matt who have other battles to fight ATM, good luck with your battles blokes and extend our empathy to our slotter mates and your communities who face the same.
Terry is beginning to assert some authority on this one with Matt moving in to close the gap on Ken and on the overall standings


We will keep you updated as to when and where the next round will be, anticipating next weekend and the following all going well.

Qualifying results ASAP tonite with race tomorrow, another short time frame to get ya vote in.

The track:
This is Stubbos' track at Cape Paterson. It is a gloss enamel surface, with each lane just over 9 metres though not necessarily a slow track. Race will be run at 12 volts. A good time for the Tasman cars will need to cover around 2.5 meters a second average to get a good result. Timing will be trackmate.....all going to plan.
