Thanks for the run, report, and great pics folks ... and congrats to #34 Autorama for the huge jump up in finishing order from previous races. That car is now running as good as it looks!

Hmmm I wonder why my car and Transissues' both liked the yellow lane so much?
Red can technology, well applied, obviously worked this time, good to see that car realizing it's potential - we want that lad in a good mood when the cars arrive at his place, eh?
Thanks for a really efficent and very well documented race, Dickie and all at SCC. Best of luck getting your track back to silicone smoothness!
Just worked out - that's an Aussie 1 - 2 in Group C for this round.....
Bewdy!
Cheers, Tony.
G'day Tony, congrats on your & well done Proff in . Thanks for working out the possies, I couldn't focus on all those numbers [homebrew~hangover!] Brian.
This was the best run with #34 to date; did the tires grip?
We ran the cars from top to bottom (ie-higher placed cars first).
During the week, I had run cars with rubber tires on the track with a Slot.It controller set to run the car at a constant speed. Each lane probably had close to 2000 laps before the race started. Even so, about 1/2 way through, the guys did say they noticed the track did seem to have better grip. Perhaps your car benefitted from this. I know mine didn't

It's already there. We ran some races later that night, and the track is back to "normal"

You did say you'd send me some of that homebrew if an Aussie won, didn't you?
I'm getting ready to pack the cars, and when I picked up #61, I remembered something I was supposed to report. We found a screw on the track, and it was determined it belonged to the #61 car as it had a pod screw missing. The screw is still out, that's why I remembered I had forgotten to report it. Apologies for not mentioning it before now.
And that reminds me - I think I said earlier, I did replace the pod screw in my car when it arrived here. So be sure to apply it's penalty. I recall it was 5 laps...?
Also, can I get an address to where the cars are going next?
Rats, I thought I had tape over those screws, must have just been the body ones maybe. Please do what's necessary and I shall take my punishment like a man.
By the way, does that mean it ran this round with a screw missing from the pod?
Paul, there is tape on the front pod screws, but not on the rear ones.
As we found the screw on the track sometime after your car had run, it had to been in the car at the beginning of it's run. No idea when it fell out...
The cars are packed up, so you'll need to tell the next host to replace the screw. It's in a little baggie inside the car baggie (same bag my screw was in )
I would like to thank you all for letting me race your cars. I will say I loved racing the #34, the car just looked so nice ( love the colors ) and ran just as well. 22 laps in the red lane with me driving, it most be the car.
