Default Carrera Can Am Series Schedule

July 2nd - Patlanta

July 9th - Victor's

July 16th - Summit - Archer

July 23rd - Blair's

July 30 - Roger's

August 6-132Slotcar

August 13 - Greg's (Rally and IROC only)

Hosts...Please advise ASAP if your scheduled date doesn't work for you.

In addition to our regular Iroc /Series format, we will be running a rally "stage" each week using a supplied rally car. Everyone gets a set number of laps to record their time for that stage. We'll do this at each race and total up the times to declare the winner. I will bring a car to each race but we can use a different car each venue as we will all use the same car for each stage.

I'm going to Alan's today to get the MSC Ford RS200 Rally car. After driving the MG Rover, I gotta get one. Looks like they will be coming out with the Peugeot 205, making it three cars for Group B fun.

Default First Can Am Series Race

RALLY STAGE SERIES

Just a quick request out to the club . Mondays the first race of the Can Am
Series and it's also the first time we'll be running the Rally Stage Series .
If you could show up a little early that would be great as the track will shut
down at 6:45 for an introduction to the Rally Series . This is Tim's brainchild
and he'll give us an explanation of what and how it will be run . It's going to
definitely be different than anything we've ran in the past .

A Focus, that's my favorite rally car, I need to get a newer one instead of the old 2wd, Scalextric Focus that I have.

It runs about 7.7 sec on my track . Slip'in and slid'in all the way . It's a hoot

I have the Ninco Gulf Rally car. 4x4 and NC-5, but no suspension. Your right they are a hoot We definitely need to have a Rally series in the near future. We can call it, a Rallycross series.

It's August 6th at Alan's, right?
Also, I'm still open to have another IROC and Rally stage at my house after that. Just put me in on August 13th if you want to do that.
