Default Ninco Classics Specs

Brand: Ninco

Type: Classics, except for the Porsche 911

Motor: NC-1. If you need an NC-1motor, there's plenty to go around. I had no problem getting the motor and adaptor from advertisers on this forum, and members of the club.

Tires: Light Sanding, tread must be shown around entire tire, also be felt, so maybe we shouldnt sand the tires, then it will be up to the finger. We can discuss this next week at Blair's, if you like. Mine ran pretty good with the tires not sanded. You can oil the tires for traction at home but NOT at the Venue, Leave the oil at home.

These will be Box Stock, and I hope you all remember what that is.

Weight: None

Magnet: None

Custom paint is always encouraged.

So choose your rides wisely. I hope I do. And lets have swell time

If you would like to run with us, we will have spare cars that are setup.

John

I'll have to chime in and require numbers on all cars. They are race cars after all

Mmkay... what can we put on the car temporarily that won't mess up paint or leave gunk behind?

I guess you could use about anything . Any color electrical tape , a
peal and stick decal which I might have or cut out a circle from some
masking tape and write a number on it with a sharpie , any color. Or
just forget the circle and use a sharpie . This might be a bit extreme
but one of my favorites is a garage sale sticker with something like
$1.25 on it . Back when these cars actually raced most just used tape
so use your better judgment

It's not a proxy Jerry, it's a weekly club racing series.

Greg, you can use some waterslide decals that I have. But I said it's not a requirement. As I know if you wanted to sell that car it would be worth a lot more without any residue, but the waterslide decals are the best bet I found, that don't leave any residue. But if you choose not, I will make sure you're not Tarred and Feathered

Do what you can but all cars must have numbers in the future.

Thanks for the reminder, John. Specs look good. Should be a fun series.

Where will the test and tune be? Or, are we going to skip this Monday?

I would like to skip the 20th and begin the new series on the 27th if OK by all. Both Greg and I will b e gone next week.

I don't think we need a test and tune for cars that we've run a dozen times before so how about a brief test and tune then run a rally stage then the series race.

If we skip the IROC for race #1 (due to test and tune) we actually make it up at the end when we run an iroc at Greg's.

I will start a suggested schedule in a new thread.
