do you have 2 small tapped holes on the left side of your razor base plate and 1 to the right in the sanding block groove?

yes, that is all you need to add the lathe to the Razor, just take off the sanding block and put in the 2 #6 screws in the side and loosely tighten the shoulder bolt on the slide and you are ready

The lathe is used to turn down stock plastic wheels for inserts.

you can turn the wheel diameter down on the lathe faster than just the Razor, and you can make inserts
