I have to say a BIG thank you to Alan, I bought 3 Cartrix F1s during the last sale, one of them had a problem. I contacted Alan and he returned my call on a Sunday night. We talked a bit and three days later received a package in the mail, problem solved. Here's to another 30 yrs.
