I'm using Supertires #1008 (Fly Classics), .830 OD on the Fly Ferrari 250LM. I also tried the new rounded Supertires #2112R for Fly Classics, but the cluster gear rubbed, as that tire's OD is .780.

Check out Paul Gage (sp?) in Canada --great urathanes -- I have them for both the 250LM and the GTO's --and, yes I think the hubs(wheels) are the same.

We just ran a "tourist trophy" race with Fly GTO's, Alfas, Monogram Cobras, Jags etc. We modified the GTO's by using brass inserts for the front axles and tightening them up. Replacing the guide is also a good idea!!

Haven't worked on the 250LMs yet, but imagine the same ideas prevail.

Good luck!

Steve

I just ordered 8 tires from Paul in Canada. Great to deal with. Takes about 10 days to get here but worth the wait.

Default Paul Gage

Is "one" of the best there...........yes, yes I know others on board here are also, however, it's Paul I have dealt with for a couple years now and his Urethane's are some of the best out there IMO....
