the SUV driver is a total jack@$$. based on the order the cars were merging, he should have gotten BEHIND the silver sedan, not in front of him. the sedan had every right to hold his ground.
and he is clearly a hot-head for accellerating into oncoming traffic rather than just filing behind the sedan and admitting defeat...
he had nothing to "retaliate" about... he was in the wrong from the very beginning.
I've seen lesser "revenge" end up with someone getting shot... its really never worth getting upset over vehicle placement. In the end, once its over you're either just behind each other or only a few cars away...

But to get ahead, then slow down on the shoulder just to do that...what a schmuck.
Would have been entertaining if he'd gotten stuck or hit something (not a pedestrian, or anything).
