Just a quick post to let folks know that the IHobby 2012 show is going on now in Cleveland. Carrera have a booth of course and we're showing the latest cars and we have a demo track set up. A quick video....stop by this weekend. Saturday and Sunday are public days and I'd be happy to chat with anyone that stops by.
i got a chance to talk to bryan and dave on saturday. bryan really didn't have much news for those of us that already have an scx-d system. he did show me a couple new liveries but not much else. the slot it/scalextric digital display was broke down when i went through, so i didn't get a chance to really check that out. when i stopped by the carrera booth dave gave me a great demo of the system. he even went through all the programming, settings, lane charger operation, and how it compared to my scx-d system.

i liked the list of features and the car selection dave layed out and if i was just getting into digital i would be interested in buying carrera but i've had my scx-d for about 4 years now. with the amount of time and money i have invested in it switching at this point is not an option. i
