Default 24h Nuremburg Slot race

The Slotconnection Club in Nuremburg forwarded me this link for their 24h club race. Now this is a club that has its stuff together! They have quite possibly the best venue for club racing i've seen. Anyway, enjoy this link, the video is in German but I thought folks here would be interested.

What were those "tools" they marshals had? Were they tape covered tire cleaners?

You mean the boards? You put tape upside down on a set up block to clean the tires.

It's a trowel with double sided tape. Houses in Germany are still build the "old fashioned way" - out of stone! It's a standard tool over there!
