Default ? about the new Mustang

Just got the new Mustang turbo G5 car. Does the wing need to be glued on or is it supposed to snap on? The wing on mine doesn't fit snug to snap on so it has to be glued on right?

Standard Display Case is just a little too small for this car.
So I guess the Wing was not attached at the factory.
I just used the case for another car that fits.
Old Ninco case worked well with wing glued in place:

That was my photo I think, showing that if you cut away the back of the clear cover then the car just fits with the wing glued in place.

Some good avatars here, we've heard from Dennis, but you other guys might to add something here.

I'm pretty sure the Kenwood car is the first Slot.it Group C, rather than the original? Nice lighting on that.

Got my Kenwood well after rollout, when they were just about sold out. Don't know where the avatar pic came from but I have had it since I started my collection.
Jumped on this beauty as soon as they came out!!!

I have a question about the Sideways Mustang. Do they have the new motor pod of the original that came in the Capri? I have two of the Capris and have converted one to the new pod and the other to a slot it pod. They both now run good and the only hold back is that the lack of width in the rear of the body limits the size rear tires you can use. I use the Scale Auto Foam tires and only the narrow will fit.
