Default 1/25 Racing in Woodstock

We have a club started in Woodstock, Ontario. The track is a 4-lane road course where we race 1/25 scale hard bodies. We race once a month and usually have between 8-14 drivers. We are in our second year-long points race. There are lots of pictures of our track and cars etc on our web-site. Visit www.countyspeedway.weebly.com . Newcomers welcome - we have loaner cars and controllers.

Great short track and modified cars, could be an overlap in the cars we race in Toronto?
I'm curious too about the old farm house, love most of em.
email sent...Terry

Terry i raced there for the first time 2 weeks ago... great fun, good flow to the track. I raced my Scholer/Nascar with a cheetah II motor. It was competitive with their 16D brass chassis cars. Note they run at 8v. Yes they are fairly similar.

Looking forward to the next race on the 26th. I now have a track that is relatively close with a great group of quys.

Good news. 8 volts could be a little frustrating though.
We need to organize an east west battle, those cars are too close to ours, there has to be an overlap?

Thanks for the feedback.

Actually the 8v works well to even out things... its like racing the Fox motors at 11v. Also no problem with my Slot.it high amp controllerworks fine at 8v.

Update on Jeff from his wife this morning.

'Hi all! Just an update on Jeff. He had his surgery and it was successful. He's doing well and had a good night. He was sitting up this morning and has had his chest tube removed and his catheters and all those tubes etc removed except one I.V. They will be moving him out of I.C.U up to a room sometime today, they are waiting for a bed . I will be going over today, this afternoon sometime.'

Looking forward to the next race on Feb 8th.

Tim
