J.L.M Racing visited the MASCAR Group in VA and ran a Hardbody Car in the C4 (Group 6) slip on Lexan class...

yes, they are, I would have thought the strong mags would slow the car down some but they run with the ceramic cars down the straight away.

I still prefer ceramic SS because the poly just seem to easy to drive.
I can push some turns at full speed.

Yobear, great video! Man, those cars are fast; almost a blur. Liked the variety of tracks; did you race the same spec all the time, or did you have to "tune" for each layout (gearing, tires, etc.).

Speed;

For the class there are general rules that you have to adhere to, then there are the areas like gears, tire heights and pickup shoe geometry that has to be customized to each track. The G3 chassis I ran was running a stock armature even though "Hot Stocks" are allowed....and the body was 4.3 grams with body clip in....
