once un wrapped I was staring at this gorgeous little bugeye.
Beautifully finished , very impressed.
Nice paint and decal , and driver detail was excellent.
It took me awhile to stop looking at it , as the lines are so crisp and accurate.
Eventually I turned it over to inspect the dirty parts.
Another wow, what a wonderful desighn for the chassis a d the front motor design is very unique.
The wheels and tires were perfect and very well done. The geari g was smooth and no binding anywhere.
So I am still as impressed from my first glance, Only thing left is the track test.
2 lane routed with latex finish cooper tape at 10.5 volts. I thought the video was perhaps enhanced as the performance for a front engined car is normally far off of the video.
Finally enough courage to give it the test, a nice slow lap, no hop, tires round , no noise, no tip. So far so good now to pick up the pace a bit and see if I can duplicate the video performance.
No problem this little bugeye was stuck down and followed the track relentlessly .
Great balance , perfect amount of tail out slide and acceleration was impressive.
Braking equally so.
I kept getting faster and faster and finally after surpassing my other sports cars in this class I stopped pushing.
Am I impressed Most definitely, will I purchase thenothers as they come out you bet.
This is one of the prettiest and most enjoyable cars I have ran in a long long time.
Congrats to Studio 65 on a well put together iconic little beast.
