Thanks! It really is a lot of fun. We will definitely keep this layout for a little while.

Our first 1/24 series was really close. Each of us one a race in this series, and it came down to the final race to decide the winner. Each of the series we are running will only consist of five races, and then we will start over.

Winner's circle at the conclusion of our DTM Pace Car Series

We used stock rubber tires on our 1/24 cars. I love the marble build up in the corners. It makes it feel like a real race track!

A couple photos from our night racing.

Last Friday we had our biggest turnout yet at Snyderville Speedway with 7 drivers total. It was a great evening!

This was our first official race with marshals. Wow, that was a lot of fun. It is so nice not having to stop each time someone crashes. I hope we will be able to do this more often.

This was our first official six person race. We implemented 'crash and burn' ruling to try and keep the crashing at a minimum. It was three strikes and you are out.

Overall, it was a great night of racing, and it seems as though we have added a few more to our group!

Josh, curious as to what the height of the table is. It looks pretty low, which may be a good thing to help with reaching cars that deslot in the middle of the table.

Sorry for taking so long to reply to this, but the table is 25" tall. I really like a shorter table, because as you mentioned, it is much easier reaching cars in the middle of the table. Also, it makes it easier to climb up and down on when I am creating a new layout.

We are all really enjoying it! Three of the 5 regulars that raced on it this past Friday said it was the best layout yet. I should have some more videos of it after this Friday.

SHOWOFF!

Just kidding friend...wanted to give you a smile. Great job on the track!

One question...

How in the world did Farfus place 2nd in DTM? Everyone knows it's the fastest car

I love the enthusiasm

I really like the new layout. It looks like a great mix of fast and twisty. Large turns, small and tight turns, in between turns. My bet is it makes for close, exciting digital racing.

Is this a thatguy design? Sure looks like it could be....

It sure is. He posted it in this thread, http://www.slotcarillustrated.com/po...ad.php?t=95645
