7,350 so about 80 USD for the basic set. Wonder what the cost of cars will be and if anyone will import them to North America

I am going to check with racemasters ( I forgot his name ) I have spoke to him before I wonder if he will import a few sets?
I think it would be nice to have one on the shelf, or even build it in a glass table like they have on the video..

his name is steve & his member name is wahoo.

but everything you need to know is right here - http://www.takaratomy.co.jp/products/owners/ - assuming you can read japanese. all I could get out of it was "nissan history set" and "september 2008 debut"

Cars are nice but why is the track so clunky? MicroMachines track and these cars - now that would be good.

I think its clunky because half of the "car" is UNDER the track...

..or maybe not...

Roger Corrie bought a set, don't think he posted too much by way of follow-up.

@007 - your pic makes it look like the track is actually wider than the third track from the center, which i assume is standard HO track. is it really wider than standard HO or is it a strange camera angle?

my initial thought would be that a smaller scale would be great because you can get a lot more track onto a smaller table, but if the track is no smaller (or possibly even WIDER), then i wonder what the point is. Sure you can get more "scale" miles onto the same table, but...

They do make an HO size car that also runs on the same track...Remember it's only battery power
