Great atmosphere.

Better than the discomfort of grabbing a half hour snooze in your car in Tacoma at 5:30am in October ...

The friendship and competition are two things that always go together.... two legs more and we return to the home.

I will put a brief story that I've finally gotten to me translate to English...

After the 18th edition of the ‘Sant Celoni 24 hours’ which took place on a circuit covering 336 square metres with a total of 13 righthand curves, 11 lefthand curves and a track length of 71 metres, it is time to look back at the event. For some participants this was just another race but for others it was the last, as the organisers, who have been running the event for the last 18 years (10 of which were in August, and 8 in September), announced this would be the last that they were going to do in these dates.

It is certainly not an easy task to organise such a big event year after year for 18 years. In fact other groups have not been able to emulate this feat, and I personally believe that the organisers are worthy of our admiration and respect.

In this 18th edition I feel it is necessary to mention the various groups that have played an important part, without forgetting other s who have contributed, and seen the event through to the end.

Firstly, I would like to mention the groups who have come from afar to compete, beginning with ZZSLOT, captained by Rafa, an incredible racer, and with a young promise in the name of LIAN, in whom we can see the future of slot racing in its true potential: he took the reins of his team in his very first participation! Don’t let him go, Rafa!

Another team worth mentioning is GASS SLOTTING PLUS, who gave a recital of driving ability and perserverance achieving an excellent first place, snatching the lead from ALOY SHOP (who are always in among the winners and will continue to be so) during the eighth stage somewhere around midnight.

Worth a mention also are the teams Budellets Mospmis and El Sot. Both of these teams put on an incredible performance towards the end with a head to head fight in lanes 3 and 11, managing to cross the line at exactly the same moment in the penultimate lap. Finally, Budullets Mospmis got to the end first but a lot of credit must go to El Sot captained by Ranera.

Punt Slot, El Sot Cuidadin, ZZSlot and Polonia Racing had a constant battle for 5th to 8th places, leaving the rest of the teams for the remaining positons.

The model used was the SLOTTING PLUS Reynard with the JPSLOT M18120 motor.

As for the motor, I can only thank the participants for their kind comments and congratulations. Any feedback that I received will definitely be taken into account for the next event.
I hope that everybody enjoyed the event and I look forward to seeing you all at the next 24 hours!
