Full results now ready. I have done a spread sheet but not sure how to get this on the forum so have taken a photo of it and printed it that way. Any advice on a better way would be apreciated. Happy to email a copy to anyone who wants a copy.
I will let you digest this while I do a report and add some pictures

Thanks for a great round Mike,I'm pretty happy with my finish in the middle of the field,I never really expect too much,so to finish in the middle is fine,
Nice race lap time compared to the early practice times,I was getting a bit worried when that time came through.
Thanks to you and all the drivers, marshalls and no doubt you had some helpers as well,
Well done to the podium getters er...achievers...whatever,good to see Phil on the move, you can start to relax now Phil!
Thanks Mike for the great round,i am ecstatic as at last my car delivered in the race what it promised in qualifying.
Would you please email me the excel file at alexisgaitanis@yahoo.com as it will save some typing and errors to integrate round 5 results in the championship tables.

The winning Lotus of Phil Kalbfell, suffering lack of grip in its 3rd heat according to Ben, the driver, still managed 23 laps!
Drivers Be, Bill and Keith admiring! the driver figure in Sports racers D type Jag
and said car being escorted to start/from circuit by a couple of my vintage racers.
No 47 Chenglaws Porsche (minus drivers head) surrounded by my Can-Am Ferrari and Lola T70 prior to start of racing. 19th place finish was not a true reflection of the cars performance

A bit disapointed to see my #21 Mercedes listed as a Ferrari, and Devious Dave listed above me as #22 Merc. Do you have any idea as to which car has what laps; are the cars and laps correct, matched to the wrong pilots and numbers, or vice versa?? Curious, and well down on quals. I notice that one had twice the deslots of the other, if this helps jog your memory.

Reason: ahh, well spotted..
A few notes on the racing,
2 cars went through all 3 heats without a single de-slot, 63 Mike Ackers, which moved him up from 19th in qualifying to 7th, and No 3 West Coast racer.
There were 2 cars who had 10 de-slots. No 10 Stig had a couple of poor races against mmmoose and P Kalbfell and i reckon it cost him 2 full laps overall.
No 4 Lenny Broke, although pacey, seemed to lack grip and was coming off on the tight left hander before the finish.
No 8 Ecurie Martini. What can i say. A very average drive and then WHAM a lap in 7.266. It also happened in its slowest heat of 20.25 laps when it was coming off a lot. Not the easiest of drives I hear.
Best crash of the day was by no 47 Chenglaw. Coming off the fast sweep onto the main straight it hit the side barrier leapt in the air and after 3 somersaults landed back in the slot without losing a position. It actually arrived minus drivers head so can't blame that on the crash.
The bottom heat for the 3 slowest qualifyers featured the 3 Ninco Porsche's. Unfortunately these cars are way off the pace. Mainly a case of handling with wheels lifting through most of the bends leaving the drivers unsure how far they could push.
No5 Robert Livingston proved a greater racer than qualifyer and on Yellow and blue lanes was quicker than the winner, a couple of offs on red was the difference.
The 6 drivers used including top National drivers Bill Charters and Tony Condon (past national champion) Track record holder Keith Clements plus quick son Ben (who drove the winning Lotus to its best het of 23.42) plus quick club members Mike and Reece Hyde. Reece produced the fastest lap of the meeting.
24 of the cars did a faster lap in the racing than their best qualifyer. The winning car avvveraged 7.85 per lap for the 9 minutes of racing.
Having completed the previous rounds with few,and in one case, no deslots, I am surprised to see that in this race the #21Merc was equal 5th worst. I would appreciate if you could check the chassis for any ills or tightness/binding, as the handling was both stable and predictable.
