Default First images of test cars from Scaleauto

We just got some photos of the first pre-production units decorated specifically for presentation and we are looking forward to the first two decorations that will go on sale:

Pre production prototypes.

The first two releases will be coming in the Summer, so get your pre orders in now with www.scaleracing.com to avoid missing out. SC-6030 Honda HSV-010 JGTC 2010 #32 Nakajima Epson & SC-6012 Honda HSV-010 Raybring Presentation shown on this page of the 2012 Scaleauto Catalog.

This release is the first to feature the new fully adjustable RT-3 revolutionary chassis, valid for Inline, Anglewinder or Sidewinder motor mounts, with all these specifications:- 2 front fixing arms style for motor mount. Geometry and properties can be easily modified exchanging this piece. Up to 4 motor mount front fixing points. Extended range of compatibility for motor mounts from third party brands.- Easily rear magnet assembly. With only 2 screws allows an easy to fix, adjustable rear magnet installation to assure the maximum speed.- Adjustable suspension post. Sided screw to adjust the motor mount vertical play. They also allow the mounting of suspension kit. And 4 motor mount rear fixing post with adjustable vertical play or suspension assembly.- Long Wheel Base chassis (LWB), 57.0 width & 81-86 Wheelbase. Adjustable car wheelbase, modifying the position of front axle housing. Adjustable front axle height to minimize the friction. - Independent guide holder. Adjustable guide position to rear and front axle, with 2 length available. Surface distance also adjustable using fine spacers.

The Scaleauto RT3 chassis is set to change the way Slot Cars are made, with an adjustable chassis tunable for different tracks, and even bodies this looks to be the new way to build 1/32 scale Slot Cars.

We can't wait to get these cars here at SCI HQ to test, if this design works half as well as it looks Scaleauto should be a great series of cars to run.

Also using this design will be the Spyker.

Also the BMW Z4 GT 3.

Plus other cars planned for this year and beyond.

Scaleauto are building a very complete Catalog of Slot Car "Racing" cars this Honda "HSV" is just the beginning.

See you at the Scaleraces with Scaleauto!!

These look great and I will be pre-ordering. Any idea when the first release will occur? I am also
eagerly anticipating the new Radical LMP cars.

Thats class. Looks like how the metal chassis guys build cars just done in plastic. If the chassis is good and quality control is taken care of this will be a winning concept. Makes a racing formula easy to set with polar length and width guides easy to check for class racing. Same as how plafit and others are done in metal.

Great idea and scaleauto seem to keep them coming.

What a great chassis concept. I hope it works as good as it's engineered to work. So many of the European manufactures are engineering their cars to run better on plastic tracks, namely NINCO. It's nice to see a concept that looks to be engineered for both wood and plastic.
Alan, send some to the pusher man....Mr.T.

Honda NSV in Autobacs livery? Yes, please!

Spyker C8 that I don't have to pony up a stupid amount of money for a resin kit to build? Joy! (say it like Stimpy)

I'm thinking this could be a fairly effective toy:

Although, I agree - this has it's appeal, too...

Cheers, Tony.

That shot from the rear of the blue car shows what looks to be a NYLON spur gear. Man I hope thats the case.
