New 1/32 Chassis Question

OK Alan I have a question for you....

I see that Avant Slot has made new chassis' and motor pods for the LMP cars. These new chassis can use a coil spring suspension, similar to slot it's suspension.

Will and when do you think you will be getting some of this stuff?

Avant Slot Chassis news.

Hi Jon,

I just got a new Price list from Avant Slot and it lists new chassis for the Porsche and Audi etc. But these show as a pod chassis in line not an angle winder version.

They do list a new chassis for the Kremer and Mirage which is of course angle winder but nothing for the Porsche, Audi etc that they have sent to me.

Do you have a part number so I can research this further?

Just got new price lists from Avant Slot.

The new list did not have all these numbers, but I then got another email with a separate list of some of these, and the Lotus .

Trying to work on pricing with Avant Slot to get another shipment into the USA.

These Avants keep getting better. I think the new spring suspension will be less klunky than the previous leaf type springs on the LMP's.

haha I was about to make the similar thread. I am glad this is sorter out.
I wonder if by putting an FLAT-R motor you get the LMPS to be AW.

Alan I am also interested in converting some of my LMP cars.

I have to ask though, were did some of those chassis part came from. I cannot seem to find them anywhere in their new catalog...

I do not think there will be room in the LMP's to run an anglewinder, either regular long can or flat six. But, until we have a chassis to try, we will not know for sure. I think the newest LMP's just being released have the newest style of chassis in them.

I got the part numbers off a spanish website. Google the part number and avant slot and you will find them.

We will be landing a new supply of Avant Slot soon.

Now they are back home in Spain with production they are about to ship out a new delivery of cars and parts to us.

All of these parts are on order.

Just closing a new Avant Slot shipment right now and those parts are on the order. Awaiting confirmation will let you know either way.

Subject to Customs clearance I hope to see this shipment in the USA in about 14 days.
