Just received my BRM Alfa a short time ago from Alan. What a blast to drive!

I do have a couple of questions. Are there any silicone rear tire options for this car? Are there bearings available to replace the from bushings?

We race them every week at the ScaleRacing Center either on stock rubber tires or replacement Sponge tires.

We do not run on Silicone tires, prefering to race on either Rubber or Sponge but I am sure someone has made them in the aftermarket.

As the Importer for BRM we support them and use only Rubber and Sponge tires which work well on all track surfaces.

For bearings to replace the front bushings use the BRM S-410.

Alan - thanks for the quick response! Will the S-411A camber front axle holder also work on the BRM Mini Cooper? Also will you have any more of the BRM Opel Kadet (BRM-110)? Love the looks of the Opel and really enjoy the BRMs.

I run “Quick Slicks” TS43 or TS44 silicone tires. They’re a great fit and work well.

UPDATE:

These are all the "Quick Slicks" silicone tires that'll work on the BRM Alfa's and Fiat's

RS75F, RS75XF, TS43F, TS43XF, TS44F and TS44XF.

These are also the only official silicone tire for several race series.

I am sure you could mix and match BRM parts from other cars. However we have not done that as we race the Group 2 and "Mini Series" Cars basically stock.
Changing tires to suit where you run has been answered but even there we only run BRM product on BRM cars, as a Partner in the Trans Am Series and their Exclusive Imporer we support their production only not aftermarket parts. In part as that takes away profitability for the BRM brand.

On the Kadett no luck on the one you asked about. I do often have inventory not listed but that car sold out a long time ago here.

Fully agree with Alan on supporting BRM...
There's a purity in running their Original / OEM bits and working to get the best performance out of them.

Offering up alternatives not meant to detract from efforts in helping Alan and BRM grow here in the States.
