The BRM rules allow three motors. Are all three legal for the upcoming event?

Thanks to help from Marty in Austin for gathering some of the updates I had scattered around I have finally published the 2011 BRM Challenge Rules for North America.

These rules will be used at all BRM Challenge Events for the rest of this Season.
