hey Dave or mrflippant do either one of you know anything about true speed controllers? I just got one but i cant seem to get it to work with all the other controllers at the same time. When I sync the controller to the track what ever number i'm syncing to my dongle stays on that number it doesnt go back to the spinning mode but controller works, then when i progam any other controllers my true speed wont work till i re program it. Then the rest of the controllers wont work? scratching my head over here. I have the true speed plugged into number two controller port and the rest of the controllers are wireless.

I think what you need to do is start a NEW thread with Tru Speed Controllers in the heading. A lot of people don't bother looking in old threads thinking it's the same old stuff and different things tend to get lost in discussion. This is a new problem that needs it's own topic. I think you will get more answers from people who know. I personally don't have one so I can't help ya there.

Not a new problem, just one most people don't run into.
The wireless controllers will always take precedence over wired controllers. When you put the dongle in programming mode, you're essentially disabling all the wireless controllers while it waits for a wireless controller to be programmed to that number. While that's happening, the wired controller(s) will work.
Let the #2 wireless controller go to sleep (or don't wake it up, or disconnect the battery) and your wired controller plugged into port #2 will work.

I'm just a poor unemployed heavy equipment operator try to squeak by, Any Idea what chip I need for Legend cars for my carrera track? Wait till you see my Dunlop cross over bridge, Tom built it for me with plenty off extras I'm so excited haven't seen it since i dropped it off 3 months ago , video coming soon as I get it in my position.

Carson chip would be the easiest, but keep in mind the following:
1) you don't get ghost or pace function
2) if the car makes t he CU beep like crazy, cut the cap off the ferrite man from the guide. In some cases, you can just snip one of the legs above the where the wire is soldered. I don't know why, but sometimes that happens, and snipping it usually fixes it.

Last nights racing. I got the new frankenslot wireless controller which is awesome but is taking some getting used to changing lanes is backwards to me now because I'm use to the plunger carrera controller. But oh how I love my new controller. I'm not sure how to program the launch control yet but when I do look out. As you might notice on my bar in the background I have received my Dunlop cross over bridge,Tom assembled for me( he's in charge of landscaping and track Art). Boy he modified the building with some cool extras to personalize it to our track!!!!! Stay tuned for a little video on the dunlop tower later tonight or tomorrow. whoop's I guess you all cant see the building on the bar because of the smartrace screen blocking it. guess you'll have to wait :-)
