Carrera Warranty return information

So I get this question often so I wanted to post this information.

If you have something that needs to be returned to Carrera under warranty.



Mail the item back to:
Carrera of America
2 Corporate Dr
Cranbury NJ 08512

1. Write “warranty” on the outside of the box in big letters.
2. You need a copy of your receipt for the item. It must have been purchased within the last year.
3. A brief description of the problem
4. Your full contact information.

I have locked this thread because I want this to be a clear source of "how" to return something under warranty and not turn into a discussion of individual posts.

Update. I'll leave the thread Stuck and Closed. Hmm sounds like an old barn door, or something. Anyway ... here's the word from Carrera.

I have no idea whether they have a Canada / U.S. Representative these days. But apparently they can also be reached on 1.609.409.8510 so there you go.

The North America warranty process should be as followed:

The customer should reach out to Carrera’s customer service by emailing [email protected] and providing a description of the problem they are dealing with, the item name/number, a copy of a dated proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, order confirmation, etc.) and the customers full name and mailing address. Photos or videos of the item and problem are also helpful.

Items should not be sent without reaching out to Carrera first to prevent items being lost or misplaced.

If an item needs to be sent for warranty, it should be sent to the address below:
