  • Carrera 89637 1/32 Front and Rear tires, Ferrari 458 Italia CANT FIND ANYWHERE...?

The listed tires are out of stock everywhere and I have two very new 458's w melted front tires.

I know I can get urethanes but only for the back and I need front tires...

Please advise where I can purchase a replacement set as they are out of stock everywhere?

    Thanks!

      Bumping a very old thread.

I have the same problem today -- looking for front tires for the street version of the 458.
Carrera tire part number is 89637.

If nobody has a line on the Carrera part, any chance that an aftermarket urethane just happens to fit?

They are available on ebay via a German seller. Landed to Australia around $21aud. Not so cheap, and not shipped to the 'correct' country, however they are available. Another option would be to measure the wheel dimensions and look for a urethane manufacturer that may be able to help, i know Paul Gage makes the rear tyres for them, and possibly has something that will at least fit on the front so you can use it.

Thanks. $21aud is outside my price range.

I keep looking at the Paul Gage site and don't find anything. I think this car needs a combination of narrow tread plus very low profile (to fit into the wheel well).

              carrera 458 tire

I checked my used carrera 458 front tire and size is 20.5mm tall and 9.6mm wide. Used car so it could be abit taller. Someone with new tire or car might double check this.

Checked if a Slot it Pzero grip 19x10 (PT 07) would fit. It fits on the carrera stock wheel OK and measures a bit taller at 21.4mm and thinner 9.4mm wide on the wheel.
Put the body on and looks good for clearance. You can true the tires so you have more guide in the slot.
A Pzero is a common front tire and can easily stretch over the wheel.
              Lance

PS. a rear tire from a newer carrera DTM will fit the front wheel but the tire will need trued because it is real tall at 22.5mm

Thanks. I saw a suggestion for the PT 07 someplace else, but IIRC, that individual didn't have this particular car. I'm going to try this.

Bought the Slot It PT07 online for $8 with shipping for a package of 4.

It takes quite a stretch to get them on, but they fit inside the wheel wells. Wider and a little taller than the original tires, but good enough.

Surprisingly, "zero grip" doesn't really feel like zero.
