new set dodge challenger only lasted a couple of minutes then motor burnt out , burning smell from car , i emailed store many times said they will get new motor , i told them i want a new car what is fair or did anybody else have any experience with this

Yo, Cattledog! I know that in the US, Scalextric USA (who presumably monitor this forum) are the distributor for the product. I don't think we have a distributor here in Canada (somebody please speak up if I'm mistaken). If they don't respond, I'm sure they have a toll-free number on their site.

If you still don't get satisfaction from your dealer or the distributor, then try contacting Scalextric UK in Margate and see how they respond, would be my suggestion.
