US SCX Technical Support Contact!!

    Just another testimonial about Bryan and SCX customer service...
    I sent Bryan an email last Saturday about my brand new controlers 'sticking'...I recieved a reply at 8:00 AM on Monday. In his email Bryan told me he was currently out of stock but should be recieving some soon. He also told me to keep the 'sticky' controlers on hand as spares.
    I came home from work on Wednesday night and..boom....3 new hand controlers...that work GREAT!!!....
    I'm more hooked now then ever with SCX and their staff...especially Bryan...I am now committed to buying additional track and will be setting up a permenant layout in my basement...
    If things are not working as they should be at the start, don't despair....SCX stands by their product for sure!!!

      What is up with SCX distributor in USA in lack of support of delivery time to their products & no current part no. catalogs? My local hobby shop dealer in NJ & out of state hobby shops like Chicago area all have same complains. I like to purchase from my local hobby shop but end up finding misc. things on eBay because people willing to break up sets just in selling hard to find current parts.

        While preparing my SCX Nascar for the BSCC summer season I had a slight thermal incident with a soldering iron and melted part of the chassis. A quick internet search revealed that no one seemed to be selling a bare chassis. I sent an e-mail to the technical department at SCX. In about an hour I had a reponse asking for more information. I replied and the next morning I had a follow up e-mail asking for my address and a confirmation of the problem. Yesterday after a long day at work I arrived home to find a package from SCX. They had sent a replacement for free even though I only inquired about being able to purchase a chassis. What EXCELLENT customer service. SCX rocks!!! Thanks Bryan!!!

          That's been my experience too, Rico. A replacement for a burned-out Pro motor is on the way right now, thanks to Mr. Kennedy. And because it was on-hand, it's an upgrade to the Pro motor.

          SCX has really brought about a change in the customer experience. I don't feel like Technitoys is the big boy, and I'm just the peon. I feel like they'll go out of their way to make sure I get what I need. Top notch!

            after checkin` the spellin` and tryin` three times the web site must be down for repair ? sorry but can`t get through . will try the phone . aston is now just like my vette , brand new and light-less . bryan , help . gray/black modena model . anyone will due for a parts car though . jer TIA

              My first SCX experience was a bit of a letdown. But I am extremely pleased to say now that Bryan has worked some magic. The car is on the chassis dyno (break-in rig) as I type this and the numbers I got from the start were miles better. Thank you Bryan (and SCX for hiring/letting him). I may pick up that SCX Morgan Aero 8 after all.

                My Thanks to Bryan. I had a controller problem with a Compact set purchased at Target. I emailed Bryan and got a response within an hour. No questions asked, just a reply that replacements were on the way. When the package arrived, I had a little bonus in there too. I'll defininately buy SCX again.

                  The best service I have ever got!

                  I recently purchased digital pit box set and unfortunately I received bad pit box controller.
                  I e-mailed Brian and next morning he shipped out new parts with nice surprise. It was so quick and professional and simply the best customer support I have ever experienced!
                  I am glad I chose SCX for my new hobby.
                  You just can't go wrong with Brian and I hope TecniToys realizes the value of Brian's hard work.

                        I contacted SCX via their scxworldwide website on Monday evening, Jan. 17th and on Tuesday morning, Jan. 18th, I got a call from Bryan... on my cellphone. I would like to challenge all corporations to provide that kind of customer service!

                                Welcome Bryan Young. Looking forward to have your experience and wisdom on SCI. Keep working on those YouTube videos, that can assist immensely. Especially when you are not shooting with one hand. lol
