Minature Racing Center is also Jim Heller, who does sell decals. Jim has an extensive offering of decals through his on-line store on Ebay. (Jim is an SCI supporter and advertiser).

Jim Heller decals are some of the best quality 1/32 scale decals available. He also offers decals in other scales, As to whether or not he will do custom decals the best answer is to send Jim an SCI Private Message and explain what you're looking for.
