Revoslot 1:32 Alfa GTA Arrived

Received my one and only Revoslot car yesterday. Thanks Alan, it arrived carefully packed, and I must say its a beautiful car. I immediately put it on the track and ran a couple of laps, handles great and seems to have plenty of punch, Today I hope to remove the body and check out the very interesting chassis. It has the typical Revoslot chassis noise but I think I can improve on that with some silicone washers between the chassis parts and body.

My initial impression is no. After I go over chassis, lube, and true tires etc. I might have a different opinion. It seems to have strong brakes but maybe its still tight and needs to run in,

9/24 = 2.67

Most of the noise is gear mesh. Loosen the screws on the bottom and slip a piece of paper between the gears, gently press together, tighten screws, remove paper and most of the noise should be gone. They assemble them in the factory but they don't adjust them.

The more you drive them the faster they will be. My GT3 cars are as fast as most of my Slot Its and NSRs but not as quite fast as the fastest ones.
