  • New Slot iT Gunston

I was wondering why it is that on the Slot iT Gunston ,they hid the rear body hold screw under rear part of the Chassis . Is there a reason for this. it is easy enough to remove. But really of all the Porches i have why this one. Cheers Robert

Will have to wait until I get mine to see what you are referring too?

Could be "flash"? Excess plastic left when the part was molded?

I have taken a closer look at it. and it is a molded part of the Chassis detail and it is molded to cover enough of the rear screw so you can't remove it without cutting the plastic off, has anybody else had this problem ??

That sounds very unusual. If you have to cut the chassis to get the screw out, how did they get it in there for assembly?

The chassis is usually a multipart piece. The diffuser part could be added after the chassis is screwed to the body?
Not sure what their assembly processes are, but it is possible.
