AFAIK, Indy Slots is the only Indianapolis shop with a track.

there is an IndySlots on the West side now too. About a .5 - 1 from the Speedway.

Take I-465 to the west side of the city, get off at Crawfordsville road exit (16A) and just follow that towards the track. About 2 miles you hit the intersection of Crawfordsville road and Linhurst (national city bank on left hand side). IndySlots West is just through the light and on the left side of the street near a couple auto shops and a barber. can't miss it.

or, from downtown, take 16th street west until you hit the track. at 16th and Georgetown, vier to the right alittle (seems more like you are going straight) and that is Crawfordsville road. IndySlots will be two lights up on the right.

If you head east near Richmond, you might want to try Veech's. It only carries scx and a few hornby brands, and monogram, but the service is much better than RT's. They are right next to eachother downtown. The RT guy isn't always very happy to get off his *** to help you.

I don't understand your comments reguarding Thazer Raceway.

#1 It is located in South Bend and has nothing to do with the thread title.

#2 Dave at Thazer is a great guy and has lots of product in stock, if not he can get what you want very quickly.

#3 His prices are reasonable on everything he has.

Dave's track is comming along fine. Everyone I know is looking forward to see him opening later this year.

FYI for everyone else all you need to do is call him and make a appointment with him to check out his inventory. He is usually there on Monday and Tuesday evenings after 5:30pm Indiana time.
