I just picked up a couple of cars from a fellow visiter to these boards. I bought a Fly 'Vette and a Scaley Camaro( street version)last week. Tonight,I brought them over to the local hobby store to test out on their SCX layout. What a surprise... I like it alot!!! I could do without the yellow headlights, but other than that, it is a good car out of the box.another two thumbs up for Scalextric

The Scaley Camaros and Mustangs are popular cars in our club's American Muscle class. We run them stock except for tires and they rock! Move the magnet to the position under the rear axle if you wan't it really stuck down. A couple grams of lead up near the guide will help a car with the rear-most magnet position as the front end will tend to bob.

Move the magnet forward if you like your cars more slidey.

a mustang is just a tad slower because it's narrower so curves it needs to be a tad slowed down more

Hello Mr. Big Schwagg,

Those Scalextric Camaro's are all great looking and I think the Fly Corvette is a fine car also. I have 7 of the Scaley
Camaro's and I plan on getting a few more.
