ARC PRO power base has been improved and now is finally great !!!

The C1404T 24hr LeMans set with the Ginettas contains the improved arc pro power base while some sunset speedway sets are said to also contain the update.
Currently no other digital set or arc pro power base only , contains the update.
It is like having the original power base with the great Riko digital only mod done and with all the scaly software updates done and the analog issues having been corrected too.
Priced about $300 , it is getting harder to find but believe SCI's sponsor, 132slotcar.us has them available.
You do want new , not used because the set could have the improved power base swapped out.

However
The car contain the highly praised Rev H digital chip, which also runs great like all previous digital chips on analog only sets.
But only the H will not run well on the improved arc pro analog so plan on swapping out the chip if car must run analog or race another toy.
Never the less, this is a great digital power base to own now.

Can you explain this? I'm not familiar with... whatever it is you're saying. In what way does the Rev-H chip not run well on the new ARC Pro base? In what way does the Rev-G run better? I see it has something to do with analog? Please be as descriptive as possible.

Greg, Besides having a real hard time lately trying to install and uninstall the dpr chip, I prefer to use G over H when running analog on the updated arc pro analog. Do you have any Gs to trade for H ?
