Moving website to vBulletin Cloud

We have now moved SCI to vBulletin Cloud! This should result in a much better experience for everyone! Enjoy the updated site!
So what is happening when you try? Your signed into the app store with a method of payment? Find the app and click “get”. Does the loading icon appear and start indicating the load happening?
Have you tried to download any other apps to your new iPad? Was that successful?
I don't see how this is a Smartrace issue. I would try another app to see if you have success with that. I've never had an issue downloading new apps before.
payment/sign in isn't the problem as your beyond that since it is trying load.
Apple app store, SmartRace app page. Scroll down past the screen shots, Ratings and reviews, App Privacy, then you get to the Information section. You'll see three blue links. Developer website, Privacy, and on the right, Report a problem.
