A lot of us will not be able to spend the holiday with friends or family this year, hopefully 2021 will be better.
Best wishes to all. It's not uncommon for us to have four generations gathered together on Holidays, so just the two of us, and our felonious felines will be quite a change. I WILL miss the chaos and merriment of the whole "famdamly" !
Had a very quiet, distantly safe Thanksgiving. Really distant, as the Wife and I are in Massachusetts while our daughter, son-in-law, and granddaughters are in Penn. Hopefully, next year.
We usually have Thanksgiving at my oldest daughters house. Her family, my wife and I, and my youngest daughter and her family. This year my daughter did a drop off of dinner all in separate containers. We got to visit for an hour so on the front porch with chairs separated about 10' between our 2 families, and wearing masks even though we were outside. Great weather [50 and no snow or rain in Michigan].
My younger daughter and her family stayed home and had their own dinner because it would have been to hard to keep the young grandkids socially distant from everyone [especially my wife].
We waited to eat our dinner until after they left, and I think it tasted better just because we were able to see each other for the first time in a few months and it really lifted every ones spirits.
Hope every one had a good day,
Randy
