this guy is planning on racing every other week. Second and Fourth Thurs. of the month. The guys from the first and third wanted weekly racing. Last night was the second night. Here's the track, and proud owner.

First race was:
IROC dolla motors!
1/24 chassis, Cheetah 11 style chassis with green endbell $1 motors. normal 8-10 sec laps.
30 laps was heat winner.
Tom K. - 30, 30, 30 - 90
Bill S. 30, 29, 30 - 89
Randy 'teh teacher' -30, 29, 30 -89
Brandon - 29, 30, 30 - 89
Frank LVB - 27, 27, 23 - 77
Next up:
IROC with the 'Cheeseburger'
cars a few had brung. These are heavy flexi-pan chassis with a bit stronger motor, falcon 4, or mini brute. Made for a bit of a handful at 9 volts. Tires were foamies, silicone, and wunder rubber. we all got a chance with each car. FUN!
Bill S. - 30, 30, 30 - 90
Brandon - 30, 30, 29 - 89
Randy 'teh Teacher' - 28, 30, 29 - 87
Tom K - 24, 28, 23 - 75
Frank LVB - 17, 25, 27 - 70
After that we dropped the kid gloves and broke out the goodies. A couple of expensive cars were put on the track, and well I'd like to say a race was held, but we all decided it was too late for our tired eyes. It was good to see Tom again. Frank got to run some of his old stuff, and relive the 'slotcar' memories of his youth. Bill got more laps on that new track. Randy, I think got school'd ?? and Brandon, will he ever learn his lesson ??
Had a GREAT time, wish you were here!
next week? where?

-btw talk of an afternoon in irvington for womp, or 1/32 guys.
