Just a reminder that the 2019 race is a month away! I was hoping to run the a new Ford GT but I noticed in the rules, although it says "motor that came with the car" it also says "silver can motors only" ... so clarification please .... is the FF motor not a can motor?

Or should the wording me "silver S-Can motors only"?

ok, when I originally created this class there was only 2 ways to get a FF motor in a car. It was either a smaller car (mini, escort, caterham, etc.....) or a F1 Car. Open wheelers were never allowed and I was fine with the FF motor in any of the chassis that it came in.

Now the fact that Scalextric is using the FF motor in GT cars is a problem. So as not too make this class a 1 or 2 car class I am banning FF motors outright in this class.....weather it came with the car or not.

I will update the rules with this now....so to answer your question, "Silver S-Can motors only".
