Don't forget to put a little weight up front, JT. By the way, I adapted a 312PB chassis to a Fly Porsche 917K body, and it really works. BWA wheels, moved the front axle forward about 1/16" in the original brackets (bushed with brass tubing), and placed 6 grams of weight on the "sled" of the pod.

Dr Vanski, 4th in Prototype class, now chooses.

Everybody got a kick out of passing everybody else, down the straights, with the lead sled Porsche 936. Geared ~6:38, it had some grunt. On 10 volts or 13.6, it was loose in the corners, but could usually be brought back, at least until the next apex. Great run!
