False start problem

In both event and quick heat, as soon as the countdown ends, I get a false start screen. No lights and no start sounds, just a false start. I have tried several events and always get the same error. Any idea what I have done wrong?

have you checked the cars start the heat BEFORE sensors on the start/finish line?

Yes, it was working fine, then it started getting the false starts all the time
